Products - At Therabeauties, we exclusively use meticulously researched, reputable, and premium-quality products to ensure optimal results after every treatment.

Health & Safety - Prior to each treatment, we conduct consultations to understand your needs. It is essential to inform us of any medications, illnesses, allergies, or conditions that may affect your treatment choice. In certain cases, a medical practitioner's advice or a doctor's note may be necessary. If you are unwell or exhibit contagious symptoms, please avoid contact. Refer to our before and after care advice sections for the best treatment outcomes.

Hygiene - Our therapist wears masks and may use disposable gloves during treatments, following rigorous hygiene practices within and between appointments. All tools and implements are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized between clients. We also request clients to maintain high hygiene standards before skin, body, feet, hand, or nail treatments.

Privacy & Confidentiality - At Therabeauties, we commit to safeguarding the confidentiality of all client information and providing a service that respects your privacy.

Appointment Guidelines - To enhance your experience, we kindly ask you to arrive within 5-minutes earlier of your appointment. This allows us to provide the utmost service. In case of unexpected delays on our part, we are committed to resolving them promptly. 

Late arrivals may necessitate adjusted treatment times or even cancellations, with the full cost applied. To efficiently manage our schedule, we request a minimum 24-hour notice for booking changes. Should you cancel your appointment, a 100% treatment cost charge will apply, potentially affecting future bookings. In the event of a late arrival, please be aware that your treatment duration may be adjusted, and lost time can be redeemed with an additional treatment. Rest assured, if any delays are due to our responsibility, we'll ensure your experience is made whole.

Payments and Charges - Large appointments are booked with a strict deposit requirement, which contributes to the full cost. By booking, you agree to Therabeauties' policy. A 50% prepayment may be needed to secure your appointment. Appointments changed or cancelLed within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a 50% charge (100% within 24 hours or as a no-show). Payments can be collected via debit/credit card, bank transfer, or added to your next appointment.

Gift Certificates - Our gift certificates are valid for three months and redeemable at their cash value for full-priced treatments. They cannot be combined with other offers, and lost certificates cannot be replaced.

 Website Visitors - At Therabeautie's, we uphold the safe collection, processing, and protection of personal visitor information in full compliance with GDPR regulations.

In-person Visitors - Client Confidentiality:

• Personal information must be held in strict privacy and solely used for the specific purpose of ensuring a safe and effective treatment.
• Information regarding the client and any opinions formed must be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Our team is dedicated to maintaining this high level of confidence, including receptionists and assistants as necessary.
• Client treatment details are to be kept confidential, with potential exceptions:
• When the client provides informed, written consent.
• When information sharing is necessary, such as for referrals to other professionals.
• Only in these specific cases:
  • When legal requirements mandate information disclosure.
  • When the therapist deems it their duty to safeguard public welfare.
